DDoS protection

DDoS attack (Distributed Denial of Service) is a hacker attack on the information infrastructure by submitting a large number of false requests. As a result of being forced to process an excessive volume of such requests, the system is disrupted or completely stopped. DDoS is one of the most common and dangerous attacks; it is most often carried out for the purposes of blackmail, extortion, data theft, and information warfare.

Absolutely any company runs the risk of being subjected to a DDoS attack; the organizer can be either an unscrupulous competitor or an amateur hacker having fun. In any case, the absence of the Internet for even half an hour (or even several days) threatens work downtime, disruption of business processes, financial damage, loss of information and customer dissatisfaction.
